STORE POLICY

RETURN

We allow return on the following items:

  • Electronic items - within 14 days from delivery of items.

  • Grocery items and consumables - within 2 days from delivery of items.

  • Frozen items - All sales are final. No return for all of our frozen items.

Allow us to handle the situation for our assessment on eligibility for refund or replacement ( see our refund and replacement policy).

REPLACEMENT

We aim to provide an excellent product to our customers. For circumstances of you receiving a defective item from your purchase, a replacement will be made. Contact us, state your case and provide your proof of purchase ( i.e. order number, receipt number, etc.) for us to verify. Allow us to handle this situation in 5 to 7 days. A notification will be sent once replacement has been shipped or about to be delivered.

REFUND

Refund does not include the shipping/delivery cost. Therefore, the refund amount is only the price of the item itself. The customer is bound to comply in providing proof of purchase for us to initiate a refund when necessary. Approval or disapproval of refund request will be dealt with accordingly and once finalized, a notification will be sent to customer via email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation of order will be honored if the merchandise ordered has not been shipped, delivered, or picked up.

  • Shipment through a courier (USPS,FedEx,UPS) - That is within 24 hours when the order was made.

  • The same period of time for handling our shipping process.

  • WebStuff Shop Door to Door Delivery - You can not cancel an order once item/s has been delivered and received.

  • WebStuff Shop Curbside Pickup - You can not cancel an order once item/s has been picked up.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping process will commence the following day we receive your order. Order received in the morning will be process the following day. However, order placed in the afternoon will be process for shipment the next day of the following day. We provide the following information upon shipment through email:

  • Shipment confirmation.

  • Tracking number.

For delays of shipment are the sole responsibility of our third party carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx,etc.). However, we will facilitate and initiate the resolution on every delivery issues if any. We will refund or replace the merchandise if we found negligence is from our end.

WEBSTUFF SHOP DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY

We accept orders on a 24/7 basis and delivered to your home as you please. Harlingen and neighboring cities (Brownsville, McAllen, San Benito, Weslaco, La Feria, Raymondville):

  • Same day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 P.M.

  • Morning orders delivery - 12:00 noon to 1:00 P.M.

  • Afternoon orders delivery - 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 P.M.

  • No deliveries on Sunday. Sunday orders will be delivered the following day such as Monday. Refer to Morning Orders delivery.

WEBSTUFF SHOP CURBSIDE PICKUP

Option for pickup of items purchased online are honored in WEBSTUFF SHOP. However, customers are advised to follow the time set for pickup.

  • Pickup for morning orders - 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 A.M.

  • Pickup for afternoon orders - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 P.M.
